Training & Development for Digital Networking, Marketplaces & Financial Empowerment for Women SHGs(Self-Helping-Groups)
In this increasingly digital world, access to technology and market knowledge is essential for economic empowerment. However, many women, particularly in underserved communities, face challenges in utilizing digital tools to enhance their financial independence. This project is designed to equip such women with digital literacy, barter exchange opportunities of business created in the virtual world and marketing skills, enabling them to grow as self-reliant entrepreneurs.
Through digital literacy training, participants will learn to navigate online platforms, conduct financial transactions without the fear of being scammed and manage business operations efficiently. The barter system will foster a network of mutual support, allowing women to exchange ideas, experiences, knowledge about goods and services in a protected digital space. Additionally, marketing education will provide them with strategies to promote their products and services effectively, both online and within their local communities.
By combining these elements into attainable objectives, this initiative aims to create a sustainable community and ecosystem where women can enhance their economic potential, build strong networks, and achieve long-term financial stability. This project is not just about skill development—it is about fostering confidence, independence, and lasting empowerment in the digital age.
